SCOPE
Who these terms apply to.
The services are provided by Powerhouse Affiliates LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as Powerhouse Sports Data (“Powerhouse”, “we”), identified in the legal notice. They are offered only to businesses and professionals acting in the course of their trade, not to consumers. By using the website, portal, API or widgets you accept these terms on behalf of the organisation you represent, and confirm that you are at least 18 and authorised to do so.
LICENCE AGREEMENTS
A signed agreement takes precedence.
Access to licensed data, pricing, service levels, permitted sports, territories, fields and redistribution rights are set out in the licence or pilot agreement signed with your organisation. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails. Information on this website, including prices, coverage and examples, is indicative and does not by itself form an offer.
ACCOUNTS
Accounts and API keys.
Workspace credentials are issued only after we review an application. You must keep passwords, passkeys and API keys confidential, restrict widget origins to domains you control, and tell us promptly at legal@powerhouseaffiliates.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your organisation's credentials. We may suspend access that puts the service, other customers or third parties at risk.
ACCEPTABLE USE
What you may not do.
You may not use the services beyond your licence scope, resell or redistribute data unless your agreement allows it, scrape or overload the website or API, bypass rate limits, security controls or bot protection, probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use the services in breach of gambling, advertising, consumer-protection or data-protection law in the territories where you publish. You remain responsible for age gating, responsible gambling messaging and any licence required for your own audience.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Who owns what.
The website, software, models, data compilations, picks, card designs and documentation are owned by Powerhouse or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in your agreement, no licence is granted. Team and competition names and marks identify the events covered and do not imply endorsement by their owners.
NO GUARANTEES
Forecasts, not guarantees.
Picks, probabilities, confidence values and related content are forecasts about uncertain sporting events. They are not financial, betting or investment advice, and no outcome or return is guaranteed. Data can be delayed, withheld or corrected as described in the API documentation and the editorial standards.
LIABILITY
Limits of our liability.
Unless your agreement says otherwise, the free website, public documentation, demos and evaluation access are provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses arising from betting or publishing decisions made using the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
GOVERNING LAW
Governing law and changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these terms removes protections that the mandatory law of your country gives you. We may update these terms; the date of the latest review appears at the top of this page, and material changes affecting customers will be notified in advance.
